MR 1750 Level 1 Support Guide

Functioning Device Display:

The Power LED: Displays solid blue after the boot has completed.

Ethernet LEDs (2.4 & 5 GHz radio): Blinks blue with traffic.

WiFi LED: Green blinking

Physical Reboot Steps

  1. When router is powered on, use a paper clip or something sharp to press the reset button (located on the top of the unit) and hold for 30 seconds.
  2. While holding the reset button pressed, unplug the power of the router and hold the reset button for 30 seconds
  3. While still holding the reset button down, turn on the power to the unit again and hold for another 30 seconds.

 

Common Issues:

Issue: No power Connection

Indicator: The Power LED Not displaying any lights

Fix:

  • Unplug unit from power and re-install until power light displays solid blue
  • Test to confirm power source is providing power to other devices
  • Try installing the device to other power sources

 

Issue: No DCHP Address Received

Indicator: WiFi LED will show no color

Fix:

  • Unplug unit from ethernet and re-install until WiFi LED shows colour
  • Confirm other devices connected to internet router are receiving an internet connection
  • Physical Reboot (see above)

 

Issue: Internet Check Fails

Indicator: WiFi LED will show solid red

Fix:

  • Unplug unit from ethernet and re-install until WiFi LED shows colour
  • Confirm other devices connected to internet router are receiving an internet connection
  • Physical Reboot (see above)
